Recovering SIMS SQL database in Dell Rapid Recovery

Morning all,

 

We have had a pupil record accidentally deleted and was wondering what was the best practice of recovery? We have just had our back up systems over the summer move from BUE to Dell Rapid Recovery. Recovering normal files we find easy, but this is the first time ever we have been fronted with a task of recovering our SQL database. Has anyone had to do this before? Thankfully we will have to lose only two hours of work at maximum now rather than a whole day!
