mgs1990 Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 Hi All, I was just wondering if anyone out there has a copy of Smart product drivers version 12.2 & ink 2.3? I've just done a rollout of windows 10 v1709 but forgot to include the drivers in the image and i can't find them anywhere, there no longer on the smart site and google yields no results
ColonelPanic Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 Hi, Which boards are you using? We're still using Notebook 11.4 (the horror ) and the 12.10 drivers work alright with our old SB580/560s Cheers, CP
jmak Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 (edited) Any reason you need 12.2? Last time I installed on Windows, I used 12.1 - at the end of last term I used 12.9 and it seems to work perfectly with SB580s, SB680s and 6065 flat panels. Edit: is it normal for the version after 12.9 to be 12.10? I read 12.1 and 12.10 as the same... Edited September 11, 2018 by jmak
AlanD Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 Yes 11.4 here too. Far to mean to pay the massive annual costs for later versions.

mgs1990 Posted September 12, 2018 Author Posted September 12, 2018 (edited) we have alot of 600 series, a few 500's and a few PX340's. The 600's are picked up if i point them to the drivers but the PX340's aren't recognized neither are some of the 500's. INK doesn't seem to work with any of them either. The only reason i say 12.2 is because that is what we were running on Win7/Win10 (1503) before the summer with Smart 11.4 and everything seemed to work. Upgrading to SLS isn't an option either unfortunately as LG dont want to pay the annual subscription charge for software that doesn't get used. Plus we are starting to phase out smart boards and go for BenQ panels as the majority of staff dont use the notebook software anymore, they just use the INK part for annotation. mavhc Posted September 12, 2018 Posted September 12, 2018 Moving to subscription at the same time as IWB tech becomes commoditized is crazy, I guess they don't want to sell hardware any more
