SIMS Timetable Error Importing

Evening all. Our timetable was completed in July and uploaded to SIMS before we broke up. During the summer 4 members of staff who were due to join our team decided not to come and we had to find 4 newbies. The newbies were added to Nova during our first few days back in place of the no-shows but when the timetabler tries to import it says that the database does not recognise them and will not import them. However, their timetables appear on SIMS! Any thoughts on why we get the error? We've checked staff codes, etc but have drawn a blank. Thanks.

Sorry I saw this post yesterday and still can't recall the fix. It is something in the staff settings in SIMS itself. Either in systems manager > manage users, or the main staff fields.

made sure their employment dates and timetable dates are compatible?
