localzuk Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 Has anyone managed to get HP ProBook 6560b laptops to accept a task sequence with Windows 10 1803, when they have an SSD installed? We get a variety of error codes, but all at the partitioning stage when we try. If we stick a HDD in, they work fine, but are very very very slow. The ProBook 6570b works fine.
Arthur Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 when they have an SSD installed? Is it an NVMe or SATA SSD?
localzuk Posted September 6, 2018 Author Posted September 6, 2018 Is it an NVMe or SATA SSD? SATA - Kingston A400.
Arthur Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 SATA - Kingston A400. Thanks. Have you tried a different make/model of SSD just to rule out a compatibility issue with the A400 and 6560b?
Homer Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 Is the disk clean when starting the TS? What mode is the BIOS in (CSM/UEFI) and is secure boot enabled?
