Dos_Box Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 We are almost 3/4 of the way through the year and we have had a bevvy of great films released this year to date, but now we're on the downhill slope to Christmas it seems that the amount of films I wanted to see this year has dwindled to just one, Bohemian Rhapsody. Am I just being a bit despondent, or are there other films coming up that will have me putting my bum on a cinema seat before Christmas?
LeMarchand Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 MORTAL ENGINES Though I don't think it will match the books - the trailer certainly doesn't. Crazy Rich Asians might be fun. The Predator might be OK and the remake of A Star is Born shows some promise. I'm quite hopeful for Mary Poppins, but worried by the lack of a full trailer. Also: Aquaman, Alita, Bumblebee, Fantastic Beasts 2 and possibly the Halloween reboot/sequel thing. 1
sonofsanta Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 First Man! Ryan Gosling starring as Neil Armstrong, and covering the Space Race from Gemini up to the Eagle landing. The reviews from Cannes were really good too. I get goosebumps just from the trailer. 1
