[sims] Bulk mark email addresses as primary

Hi All,

 

All parents have one email address and are picked up by Talk to Parents without any problems. We have setup SIMS Parent Lite and it is only picking up emails for those marked as primary. How can I mark everyone's first email as Primary?

Your SIMS Support/Capita can supply you with a report that will create a CSV from the addresses currently in your system, you can then open the csv and fill the column for Primary email address with a value (I can't remember if it's a Y or a T off the top of my head). You then put this file in a folder on your SIMS server and run a patch (16799) which will read the info from the csv and update all addresses as indicated in the file.
