whosagooner Posted September 3, 2018 Posted September 3, 2018 In the cycle I had to swap the lunch period with period 4. I tried to do “Exchange Periods on all days” but that didn’t do anything. So instead I removed the lunch period and added a new lunch period in the correct place. I corrected part timers and any lunch duties. But now when I send the updated cycle to SIMS it just spins for ages like it has crashed Very stressed right now!

whosagooner Posted September 4, 2018 Author Posted September 4, 2018 It was to put P4 before lunch. I have sorted it. it seems that the cycle before started on the 4th and the one I was trying to add I was also putting on the 4th. I did it starting on the 5th and it worked!

markberry Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 We are having massive issues with timetable which appear to be caused by SIMS crashing before it has applied the timetable. I would call Capita and get it logged. I've seen online that others are having similar issues with timetable which seem to be related.
