Exchange 2010 Hidden Users

Hi Everyone.

 

Funny one here, just wondered if anyone else had seen this and fixed it?

 

Using Exchange 2010, we are having random users being hidden from the GAL automatically. We have a process whereby any user that leaves will be set to hidden, but at the moment we seem to be having active users also being hidden, randomly.

 

Anyone else seen this?

Not as you describe no.

Are you saying if you open EXchange console manager and open a users properties. There is a check box which hides the user in GAL.

Is that unchecked?

Also are you referring to them being hidden in OWA or Outlook or both?
