Encrypting Doc Storage from facility CMIS

Hi All,

 

We are currently in the process of migrating over to SIMS. The problem I currently have is that we need to move our doc storage from facility CMIS over to SIMS. I've been on the phone a number of times to advanced and they say our doc storage is encrypted, that's why they show up as files rather than .pdf's.

 

Is there a way we can encrypted this, without having to open every file?
