Anyone out there who could do 3 months field support across schools in the greater Liverpoool area. CRB clearance already would be essential as would the ownership of a driving license and car

 

Reporting to both the Support Leader and Project Leader, the primary purpose of the role is to assist in the configuration, installation, enhancement, and support of schools software, terminals, personal computers, workstations and any other hardware peripherals as appropriate, to agreed key performance requirements. The configuration, installation, enhancement, and support of software, terminals, personal computers, workstations and any other hardware peripherals for the Schools Support, to agreed timetables. To assist in the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of quality standards and working practices, in accordance with key performance requirements. To assist in the installation, enhancement and support of local and wide area networks. To provide professional support and assistance to the IT Service’s clients.

 

To assist in problem determination and problem rectification on behalf of the Service’s clients, liaising with suppliers as and when necessary.
