[sims] (Training) Duplicating an Academic Year

Is it possible to duplicate an academic year for training datasets?

 

I.e create a New training academic year (for this year) using the exact same data as the previous academic year, so essentially restarting the year?

 

I'd like to avoid using the Promotion and Leavers routine and adding new students etc unless it's absolutely required by the system

Or a way to "promote" the students into the same Year groups?
