I have one non RM network with RemoteAPP, a user launches File Explorer and see all the mapped drives.

Another site has RM CC4 and setting up remote app with file explorer exactly the same way.

on launching file explorer all users see their home drives but no other mapped drives on the cc4

I created a policy with a drive map and applied to the server - when I login as administrator to the server I get the drive. However any other user doesn't.

Can anyone assist as to why when users launch explorer they don't see all the drives as would logging on to a computer locally in school.

Thanks.

RM does not use group policy to deploy Network Drives but uses a RM component instead to deliver the drives and also printers.

I would say the RM component isn't loaded with RemoteApp and so the users drives are not mapped. There home drive will be as that is done by AD,

Fixed it and it does work via GPO. It was a corrupt profile so after resetting the one I was testing with, the drives appeared.
