New Surface Pro, BitLocker issues

Just got the schools first Surface Pro and after logging in I noticed BitLocker was already enabled, which is odd as I logged in using local account and then joining our domain.

 

The school use a PIN at boot for Bitlocker but the Surface Pro was set to auto unlock. There was no option to change BitLocker to PIN so I removed the encryption, rebooted the Surface Pro, but there still is no option for setting up the PIN when enabling BitLocker, even though it's in the same OU as the other BitLocker computers that do have PIN.

 

Any ideas?????
