Does anyone know of any tools or anything that would pull this off and actually move the google drive stuff?

 

We're taking over another trust who also use google apps so im looking to move all their data from the previous domain to ours

 

the documentation for the google migration tool doesnt mention drive data moving at all

the built in migration tools can handle everything except drive by the looks of it.

You could use RClone (with impersonation set) to copy it locally and then use RClone again to upload to the new drive location. You will loose all your share settings - but I think this is the case with all Google Drive migrations.
