Using Office 365 via browser

Hi all

 

Having doubts about WebDAV drive mapping for OneDrive and SharePoint online we have decided to have a phase one rollout test of moving some departments data into SharePoint online and users accessing everything through 365 web page.

 

Although OneDrive integration is quite nice I’m having difficulty finding out how you can attach SharePoint site files straight from Outlook OWA ? Seems you can only attach from OneDrive or groups ?

 

Anyone else have this issue ?

 

PS I seem to have the same issue with outlook 2016 clients too, other web location option only shows OneDrive ...

I think from Office (Word/Excel etc) just click share. Or office online. The logical conclusion with email and GDPR is to not attach files just share so you can expire the share.
