HCSS problem logging on

A user is having problems logging on to HCSS https://www.hcss-web.co.uk on win7 machines but works fine on win10 machines. It was working ok last week but I'm told HCSS have changed the logon page over the weekend and that's when the problem started.

 

I can't see anything in the logs to suggest anything wrong.

They did shutdown the website on Friday for work and was only working again at 7am this morning. Ironically I was asked to allow access to the website on Friday and found that it was down. This morning I noticed access was needed to identity.accessacloud.com to make the site accessible at the Primary.

We already have identity.accessacloud.com white listed but seems odd windows 10 machines work ok but not windows 7 machines.

been having issues with it all day here, doesn't work in chrome but works fine in edge till it crashes.

Hmmm... it might well be an issue with Windows 7, as the Office staff at the Primary all use Windows 10. Could the issue be with Internet Explorer not supporting it? The browser is a bit long in the tooth now. Or have you switched to Chrome on Windows 7?
