1803 W10 Touch Screen Issues when duplicating

Hi All,

 

I have a very odd issue with a PC we're trying to use for our school hall. The PC display is a 1920x1080 display, the projector is a 1920x1200 display but copes with 1080 fine. The PC display is a touch screen and it works fine if the projector isn't connected or the PC is in extended mode. However as soon as you duplicate the display at 1920x1080 the touch calibration is out. The touch is bellow your finger at the bottom, and above your finger at the top if I remember right, the middle is about right. This suggests it thinks the display is 1920x1200 but its set to 1080 when I look in display settings.

 

I've tried calibrating the touch using the built in Windows Touch PC tools but when calibrating it doesn't register your touch as it thinks its outside the 'working' area. IE you click in the top left but it thinks you clicking above the display, hence its not registered.

 

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do, I've tried changing resolutions and swapping the display cables around (Switching which is display 1) but nothing seems to solve it.

 

Any advice?
