[1803] Start menu apps - camera, alarms and clocks, etc

I thought i'd just see how 1803 plays on our network without doing anything to it. I really wanted to see if our mandatory profile still works - and it does, however i am seeing a white progress bar underneath some of the installed apps such as Alarms and Clocks, camera etc. The screen shot provided shows a student logged into 1803 and the white bar running underneath the installed windows app.

 

 

Does anyone know how to either remove these apps from the users that log in or have these apps installed and ready to go for all users.

 

It would seem they are user specific as i removed Mobile Plans from the network admin account, now i've logged on with one of our test student accounts, Mobile Plans is back and is waiting to be downloaded.
