I'm using the American English version of windows 10 education 1803 (as it's the only one available) I need to set the default keyboard and language to uk. How I do that GPO wise?

I can't see an 1803 international English yet..

Don't bother faffing around with it (you need language packs etc) - go and get the Windows 10 media creation tool from the Microsoft website and allow it to download the latest ISO. You can use this to install a UK localised version of 1803 Education.

Deploying 1803 (from vlsc) through sccm task seq or updating 1709>1803 with feature update from wsus (/sccm software updates) both show UK everywhere within the OS. Not installing any UK packs but everything still showing as UK. @Blue_Cookeh where are you seeing non-UK?

eh, I did as suggested. Now when a user logs in, no keyboard or language choices are presented in lower right but a localization pack is trying to install in the menu?

Same here, I've never seen a UK specific download - I just downloaded 1803 from the MVLS the other day and yesterday I created an Image for deployment through SCCM and it's all set as UK.

Just so you know, there is a English International version of Windows 10 on VLSC, it was there when the English (US) was released. Must be something up if you can't select that Language before downloading.
