Good Afternoon All,

I hope someone can give me some insight I've been trying to resolve this issue for a few days. I work at a school district as a tech and we have a single computer that has symptoms of high contrast mode still active on all student accounts. If I log-in with my admin account the high contrast is no present. If I use a test student account then the symptoms of high contrast are present. The students are locked from actually changing theme settings, however, they appear to have been able to enable it once from the ease of access control panel on the login screen. Once enabled that singular time I don't know how to stop it from persisting to all other student accounts. For example, I removed the test student account from both the user folder and the registry but upon login the system still has high contrast issues. I erased the default profile and recreated it from a different unaffected local machine and the high contrast settings were still present... I'm not sure where they are being inherited from- does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you so much!
