GDPRis There is no audit in progress as this time

Has anyone worked out how to get out of this loop with GDPRis telling me when I try and setup an audit "There is no audit in progress as this time". I know I am trying to set one up is this because I have not allocated all staff to a product? Is it i don't have a system owner on each product?
