G suite Calendar for resource reservation for multiple items.

Dear all,

We are trying to use Google Calendar for resource booking. i.e. Ipads, Laptop. Projector...

These items are in huge numbers.

User may need to reserve 100 Ipads or 100 laptops.

Problems:

1) User may need to click 100 times for 100 items.

Is it possible to just enter item type and number of items ?

2) Can different type of items be grouped ?

Any suggestion? or how did you done this with other tools ?

We use Google sheets for IT Room booking and other such things, we give the staff group access and they can edit it.

 

I've no experienced with numbers like 100 etc but we did 60 etc just had two sets ie set 1, set 2, maths/English and so forth
