Logging a user off/ On

Hi all,

 

we use Toshiba laptops pro here and it takes ages for a user to log off /log on.

 

I did set a profile for users simply by creating a folder and gave individuals access with the right permission.

 

It is happening to everyone laptop on site.

 

 

Please help!

disable roaming profiles, create a computer GPO that disallows propagating the profile.
