Should have seen this coming, but the recent update to AC2 has broken the wifi settings.

Used to work ok, but now when I edit the profiles, the Wifi tab has the red exclamation mark - but the settings haven't changed and everything has been completed - there are also no indicators where it thinks the error is!

AC2 is like W10 - every update breaks something and fixes nothing...

Are you using certs for your trust profiles...?

You may need to add the new cert to Configurator so that the iPad can trust your wifi network?

I have certs in there - but they're still the same (valid) ones that were in use before. All of my AC profiles are now showing the red error mark on Wifi, without highlighting any error!

If I toggle on/off PEAP and TTLS the error appears/disappears. Having tested it, the profile still allows our devices to connect to the wifi! (radius using Windows NPS)

Is there no way to find out what AC thinks the error is?

Have you generated a new trust cert in configurator if you have upgraded it?

The cert for the NPS server is still valid, the AC2 cert expired a while ago (2 years!) but hasn't impacted the wifi settings until this latest AC2 update.

I didn't update the AC2 cert as a) it doesn't affect the settings and b) would mean I'd need to re-supervise old ipads done with the old cert.

I just cannot understand why it flags up an error, without and actual error, whats the point of that.
