Server upgrades

We currently have sever 2012 hyperv on our cluster running on msa with hp serves what I he best way to get to 2016? Should I move to storage spaces direct or upgrade the current cluster? Or look at sharepointing more stuff?

 

Also has anyone sorted out remote password reset with azure AD?

We recently upgrade our HP two-node server on 2012 r2 and MSA SAN to 2016 using cluster-rolling upgrade without downtime.

 

This allow nodes to be evict then migrated to 2016 and then added back to the cluster in mixed mode. Once all nodes been migrated to 2016 and added back to cluster, the function level of cluster can be raised, and virtual machine configuration versions of each VM can then be upgraded (this does require each VM to be shut down but only take few seconds and can be turned back on).
