Double Directories

Good morning

 

Has anybody seen the attached behaviour before? Note the double directories.

 

It often coincides with File Explorer opening itself for a second time when a folder is selected instead of showing the contents of that folder in the already open File Explorer window.

 

Opening a file from the second File Explorer window will then cause both instances to crash.
