Powerpoint pen issues in Presenter Mode

We`ve got an issue at the moment where when a user is using Powerpoint in presenter mode, the pen is out of sync - meaning when they write on the board (Which are Clevertouch screens) they are going elsewhere on the screen. This appears to be fixed when a setting is changed in display - "Change the size of text, apps and other items" to 100%. All the PCs that have had issues so far have been set to 150%.

 

However, this is only a recent change and has happened in the last few weeks. We did have a windows update that rolled itself out a few weeks back and we`re wondering if it was that, that knocked the setting out. Is there a way without going around every PC that it can be fixed? Perhaps by Group Policy? Anyone had the same issue?
