Office 365 - Email 'hangs' on sending

In Office 365 when composing an email and then clicking send, nothing happens. Has anyone come across this before? It seems to be specific to one single email account and is not isolated to a particular computer or browser.

It's started doing this at home now too.

I had it for the last 4-5 days at work if it helps.

I suppose it does in the respect I am not alone then but I would like to know how to fix it! Have you raised a call with MS?
