It's easy to deploy the client , but can I uninstall the client from solus for a remote PC ? Or do I really have to go to each PC and manually do it ?

Do you mean the SIMS client or Solus one? If it's the solus one then as long as as the PC is is online you should be able too yes. On the agents tab click on uninstall agent.

So it is, the option disappeared when I tried to do it in bulk
