Hi,

I have recently been having issues setting up remote sessions with Leamis and RM using Bomgar. We have used Bomgar for a while and a issue has just recently popped up which is preventing us from allow these companies to dial in.

When the session is in progress and being set up, Bomgar will automatically download in the browser. When I run the program I get a message that says "Connecting to server".

We're a RM school and use Schools Broadband internet and web filtering. I have raised calls with both companies and this issue seems to still be occurring. Having spoke to an agent on regarding the filtering side, he said if he was to open port ( 443 ) this would mean all HTTP address could be unfiltered and without hesitation, no was the answer.

I did some investigating myself to see if Bomgar was using any external URL's, I found nothing from doing this. I have manually add the required ports ( 443 - 80 ) to the firewall on the PC but this also did not work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do as this is really putting us back.

I have attached a screenshot of this issue.

Thanks
