I am looking for a work around.

 

We have a new letterhead and it's not converting to a .doc nicely and so I'm have trouble setting up my attendance letter templates.

 

Any-one been through this already and can point me to a solution?

The one we were supplied with after the school rebrand looked pretty and was functionally useless. I spent hours developing my own version of the Word template, complete with proper new page, and substituted it. The admin team were a very happy bunch; I got cake Edited April 30, 2018 by elsiegee40

Thanks - it's the approach that I have done that too - ended up popping in JPEGs for the lines that don't convert. I think that cake is a good outcome.
