MkII Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 New install of Lesson Monitor. Install went smoothly. Today (Monday) says it's Tuesday. What gives?
SteveB Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 Ooo a classic one this. Timetable sent over but not applied correctly. Check out Tools > Academic Managerment > Apply Timetable. Be careful with dates and weeks as you appear to have a 2 week timetable 2
MkII Posted April 30, 2018 Author Posted April 30, 2018 Thanks. We had a 2 week timetable last academic year. Not this tho?? We've moved from Go4Schools mid year. Just kept the basic reporting and tracking in Go, and dropped lesson registering and behaviour.

MkII Posted April 30, 2018 Author Posted April 30, 2018 Yes I was worried by that. Starting that routine I'm getting the 2 week rubbish from last year. Is it ok to go through all of them and reset them to mon, tue, wed etc??
MkII Posted April 30, 2018 Author Posted April 30, 2018 Ah - if I Apply "map 4th Sep 2017 to Monday" it changes all days correctly
SteveB Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 So firstly you need to check that the correct version of the timetable has been sent over, as that build is from Sept '17 and is the 2 week version. I would assume not. Care should be taken here and if you have a support contract with someone I would ask them to investigate. If the timetabler is confident sending over the timetable then I would select a start day of today and apply the timetable from today on wards. 1
MkII Posted April 30, 2018 Author Posted April 30, 2018 I had a word with myself (I'm the timetabler ) and pushed the button. All looks good and everything seems to be functional. Just need to get the staff to use it now
