Hi,

 

The Cambridge Essentials website is closing and I've had a teacher pop to see me adking if I can download all the content.

 

They arent answering emails about it but there copywright statement does say

 

Users may access, search, view, download and print the Products for personal or internal circulation within an organisation, solely for educational use, and provided that no trade mark, copyright or other proprietary notices contained in or appearing on such material are removed in whole or in part.

 

But also goes on to say

 

Registration entitles individuals (‘Individuals’) and institutions (‘Institutions’) to a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Products either until the current QCA schemes of work and national curriculum programmes of study and teaching are superseded, or for the lifetime of the website, whichever is the shorter.

 

What do you reckon, can we still use it even if the website dies?

 

I cant see me being able to download it anayway as its individual files
