Managed Chrome Browser Causing Issues with Smoothwall Connect Filter

We're wanting to use the Smoothwall Connect filter but there seems to be an issue in our Chrome Profiles, we are using G-Suite for Education to manage this, that seems to be stopping it from working. The Smoothwall Connect filter works fine in Internet Explorer and a Guest in Chrome which leads us to believe it is something being managed by G-Suite. I've had a comb through our Chrome settings but there isn't anything jumping out at me. Just wondering if there is anyone in the same situation as us that could point me in the right direction.
