sarahstacey Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Hi, We have been asked to send a file securely, as a G Suite school would we be able to use Drive to do this? I'm thinking yes, but my brain is addled with GDPR Thanks

I'm thinking yes, but my brain is addled with GDPR Thanks Is it going to someone inside the GSuite domain or outside? We've locked down sharing outside the school, with whitelists for approved exceptions so the options you have may depend on your configuration. 1

I'll have a look at locking down sharing outside of our domain though. Many thanks
jonnykewell1 Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 If you are only sending it to someone within your domain can you not just store it on a local network drive rather than uploading it online?
