E-Safety workshop

Can anyone recommend a provider/agency/professional who does e-safety workshop for school staff for free or with minimal charge?

Who do you need a workshop for? Staff? Parents? Kids (age)?

 

What do you want covered?

 

Esafety is Safeguarding problem that can vary from bullying, via PREVENT to Sexual exploitation.

 

CEOP Ambassadors cannot charge for presenting ThinkUKnow (sexual exploitation) but that isn’t a broad enough scope these days and the best presenters do much better tailored presentations... which is likely to cost.

 

You are better off getting your DSL properly trained and using them.

I can recommend the ParentZone training and resources but it won't be free I'm afraid.

Hayes Online do a reasonable online training and testing course. Not free.

Our (Lincs) LA employ a person who spends his time wandering from school to school doing just that. Have you asked / poked the safeguarding persons at your LA/Council?

Our LA doesn't do any thing like this.

I have access to Kent esafety and lots of other online resources but just haven't got time to prepare for presentation/workshop.

I have got ParentZone resources book. I will check with them if they are willing to do something with minimal cost.
