Open encrypted .rpmsg files in Outlook for Windows

Hello all, We have enabled encryption of emails within O365 which is working fine however some users are getting confused when they recieve emails with a '.rpmsg' attachment. These don't appear to open nativly using Outlook for Windows however the message can be read by pressing the Blue 'Read the Message' link. Should '.rpmsg' files open by double clicking in Outlook for Windows? Thanks, M
