[1703, cu] Anyone seen this before

Acer W700 tablet, Windows 10 1703 (although it behaves exactly the same in 1709)

 

Graphics has a hissy fit when coming out of any kind of sleep on the power button. Core i3 integrated HD3000 graphics. Tried all available version of driver for 7/8/10. Tried all available chipset drivers, tried a bios update, tried all available MEI drivers.

 

I'm out of ideas.
