Run option appeared in Start Menu

Bit puzzled. Been off for a week or so, come back and now some staff and student logins are showing a 'Run' option in the start menu (see screen shot). Our systems are pretty tightly locked down by group policy so I'm a bit bewildered as to how this got there and how do I remove it from profiles? Has anyone got any ideas?
