G Suite - How do I stop staff sharing our Team Drives outside the domain but.....

I need to stop the staff from being able to share entire Team Drives with the outside world, but still need to be able to share files in My Drive with our public website, is this an all or nothing thing?

Anyone? Being able to stop entire Team Drives being shared is a massive concern.

[h=4]Set the file sharing permissions for your organization[/h]As a G Suite administrator, you can control if users can share files outside of your organization. See set the file sharing permissions for your organization.

Note: All Team Drives in a domain use the domain's top-level organization settings. For example, if external sharing is disabled for the user's organization unit, but allowed at the top-level domain, the user will be able to share documents in Team Drives with people outside the company.

 

Just going to test disabling outside shearing at the top level but enable it for the OUs. Based on the above Team Drives should still be disabled but Drive files will still be able to share.
