SMART 4055 Ghost Touch Problem!

Hi,

 

We have 45x 4055 SMART Boards installed in different sites and OS's

 

7 of the boards are now experiencing random ghost touch issues.

 

I've done just about everything I can think of to eliminate all possible causes relating to hardware installation and software but the problems continue.

 

The boards use an infrared/camera touch technology and the only thing that stops the ghost touches is shrouding the screen removing sources of ambient light.

 

The problem persists in low light rooms where all possible light reflection sources have been removed.

 

Any ideas???

Have you had any feedback on this? We have a school which has the same issue on a 4065 unit which is out of warranty....
