EXE installers are more often than not created with either NSIS or Inno Setup.

 

A really easy way to check which one your installer uses is to run it and then click the top left icon while at the initial Welcome screen. If you see 'About Setup...' at the bottom on the menu then it has been created with Inno Setup.

 

 

If you click 'About Setup' it will also tell you it was created with Inno Setup.

I've found that the Silent switches for NaroCAD are "NaroCAD.exe" /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP-.
