New Student Not Showing up in new academic year

Hi,

 

I have set up the new academic year and the majority of students have shown up. However, we have had two new students since and they have not shown up in the promoted year group. If I add the student then it says that they have no eligibility and still do not show up.

 

Any ideas?

The pupils have no promotion path for next year (ie Year Group, NC Year and Reg). You can either re-promote (takes time) or be sneaky by...

1. Open the student record

2. Click on the history button on the Registration Panel

3. Set the academic year on the drop down to next year

4. Add in the above fields for next year (ie edit the reg 'history' in the future)

 

You should then be able to see the new pupils to allocate bands etc in next year
