[1703, cu] Deleting files

Hi All,

 

We use 2 simple 2 build a profile.

 

Our staff download pupil profiles as a word format.

 

It saves to downloads and they can open the file fine. However when they come to delete the file or right click on the file they just get the blue spinning cursor.

 

I also get this even if I am logged on as admin and it will freeze the computer.

 

Tried deleting from the server and it just sits there saying it’s deleting but doesn’t delete.

 

Has anyone seen this before?

 

Other files downloaded or saved delete fine.
