Dreamweaver not showing graphics

Students working on websites under their exam accounts for the Cida exam reported that they could n't preview their sites.

 

But it works fine if opened under a browser (Chrome in this case!)

 

 

Any ideas why this might be?

Is it something to do with the profile and the LOW folder I recall years back I had problems with it having read access issues with temp files for previews.
