We're moving towards greater use of O365 and are wondering how to set up classes in it.

We'd like to share common resources across multiple classes with the minimum of fuss and without needing to pupils to trawl through a multitude of folders and sub-folders to find in. On the other hand, we don't want teachers and administrators to be required to maintain multiple instances of the same document so we need some way of administering at the subject / department level.

With this in mind, what do you think is the best way to set up classes?

Should we have each class as a group then have multiple groups in a team (or teams)?

Should we have each class as a team? Can we have teams in teams?

Should we have each subject as a team and classes as channels? Can we have sub-channels?

How have others addressed this?
