aitchgee Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 We've dipped our toe into GSuite for Education recently and we like what we see. The only problem we have is that it is taking forever for Google to actually approve our application. We started our trial in late January and after completing the upgrade form when our trial ended we still havent had our account approved. I've chased them regularly via email but hear nothing back. Does anyone have any advice on how to push our application forward? Are there any cages at Google I can rattle?
gtg93 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 Call Google support and they'll get the ball rolling - it took us an absolute age to get sorted as Google never responded to our online requests (of which I think we sent three or four).
fiza Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 @jamesleonard might be able to help. James helped us with 2 domain verifications when it was taking an age via Google Support.
