What steps to follow to launch a Virtual CD on a new PC

I'm setting up some new computers at present and seeing the CD Images file on the Network I'm not sure which icon I need to click on to launch the cd to mount on the PC. I'm thinking it's either \system\build or setup\disk1\setup wizard. Apologies if the question seems a bit muppety but I have not been involved with Virtual CD before:o
