Pupil installed Chrome extensions - how to identify?

Is there a way to get a list of all chrome extensions installed by each user? Are extensions always linked to the user account or (in our case) installed on the Chromebook?

Afaik extensions are always user based but I don't know of a way telling who installed it. We block all extensions except the ones we allow. Is this Chromebook managed in the Admin Console if not you might want to consider adding it and blocking all extensions.

Yes, all pupil Chromebooks are managed and not allowed offsite except in exceptional circumstances. Yes, I will be blocking them all and having an approved list. I was surprised to find we had not already and after having to review a pupils CB, I had a moment!

I also discovered said pupil had some kind of synchronisation to his home PC/laptop - this came to light after I noticed the pupil had an usually high Google Drive storage size for what google regard as photos. That's now being investigated but I can see we have some way to go getting all thing GSfE under the level of control we need.
