Group Policy to remove "Sleep" from log in screen

Hi there,

 

Can anyone tell me where I can find the Group Policy settings for Windows 10 client stations on a 2012 Windows vanilla server to disable the sleep option from the shutdown button on the login screen?

I know a way to turn this off but it will also turn it off for the start menu as well.
